Mental Health supershroom: super naging calm ako and hindi na madalas nagoover react sa lahat ng bagay. Actually may times padin pero hindi na lagi. At the same time naalala ko na kahit papaano yung mga terms na need ko for work. So for me super helpful sya nung nagpresent ako sa work din.
